General

1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.2. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.3. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, if in the middle of commission you will be refunded.4. I will decline commission If I do not feel I can give my best work with your character, you deserve an artist as excited about this artwork as you are5. I do not draw

Requesting either of these may result in blacklisting6. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

Payment

1. All monetary payments will be made through VGen2. Bartering and mixed offers are available, see "Communication" to contact me

Deadlines and Delivery

1. Check listing to see expected delivery.2. All deadlines are pre adjusted to accommodate my disability to accommodate my disabilities.3. YOU CAN ASK FOR PROGRESS PHOTOS AT ANY TIME UNLESS IT'S A SKEB4. Final product will be delivered in a .zip to maintain photo quality

Use and Intellectual Property

1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.2. Editing art is allowed as long as you don’t claim the original artwork as your own.3. All commissions are for personal use and/or monetized content unless otherwise agreed upon.4. I reserves full rights to the work produced, unless otherwise agreed upon.5. I do not consent to having my artwork used to train generative AI models or used for NFTs

Refund Policy

1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been summitted.2. Refunds only available if the line work has not been finished, after that a partial refund is negotiable3. No refunds after work is complete
